Cat Behaviorist in San Antonio
Your cat is shredding the couch, boycotting the expensive litter box, or picking fights at 3am, and nothing online is helping. Here's the thing: most cat advice is one-size-fits-all, and your cat isn't. CatProfiler profiles your cat as an individual, their history, their triggers, their whole personality, and builds a plan for the cat you actually have, so things finally calm down at home.
Virtual sessions $175. In-home San Antonio $300. Full details right below.

What we help with
Cats don't act out. They act for a reason, and finding that reason is our entire job.
Why profiling works
The same way criminologists profile a person to understand why they do what they do, CatProfiler profiles your cat: their history, their triggers, their temperament. That's the part most advice skips.
Think about two cats who both bite. One gets overstimulated and grabs your hand in the middle of a petting session. The other saw something out the window, got spooked, and took it out on the nearest person. It's the same bite, but the reasons are opposite, so what helps each cat is completely different.
Jenne Mundy developed this method over 25 years of work with cats and their owners worldwide, and built CatProfiler around it. So instead of a generic checklist, you get a plan shaped around how your cat actually handles stress, change, and conflict.
How it works

When I moved to a new house I had to start keeping my Siamese cat indoors. He absolutely refused to use the litterbox. He went right in front of it, behind it, around it, everywhere except inside it! I had to line my living room with painter's plastic. He made our lives miserable. The thing is, I knew he wasn't happy either. Jenne Mundy somehow convinced him that this was not the way to behave. To this day, I still have no clue how she did it!Helen and TK
Jenne restored peace and order to my chaotic home. We had rescued an injured stray kitten and brought him into our home to join our other two cats. He would also bully the other house cats. Jenne arrived at our home and quickly won over even our most timid cat. All my cats benefitted from the lessons Jenne taught us and it was a joy having her in our home. My unruly kitten is a changed "man". Jenne saved the day!Leti B
Jenne is wonderful! She gave us the best advice on our cat. It worked like a charm! She was responsive, gave us extra material to read and learn more, and followed up to see how our cat was doing. I highly recommend her service. She is knowledgeable and caring.Samantha and Alex Gaw and Miss P
I have frequently referred to Jennifer for assistance with my cat behavioral issues. Anything from aggression, eating abnormalities, cat box issues, integrating a new member into the family, but most importantly assisting me with the many challenges of dealing with geriatric cats. She was always very knowledgeable and addressed each problem with a very attentive and caring attitude.Shannon Dakin and Zoe and Rose
When my new kitty Maleficent stopped using the litterbox, I didn't know what to do. But Jenne did! We haven't had a problem since! Call her!! Thanks Jenne!!Cara, Oliver Longtail, and Maleficent
Thank you so much! I was telling someone about our visit and a stranger was listening in. She has her own kitty situation. I'm recommending you to everyone I can! What a miracle you are working in our lives!Dawn Ballard, Cholo, and Friends
She's helped me with so many other kitty behavioral problems, from new kitty introductions to territorial stressing.Meredith Barlow
When I first got Jasper he cowered in the back of the cage and wouldn't come out, staring at me in terror of what I would do to him. I tried to bribe him with food and toys, and I even just sat there and talked to him. Nothing worked. Then Jenne came along. She gave me step-by-step instructions and told me that if I followed them, Jasper would come out of his shell. Each day I did what she told me, and he grew more comfortable with me as the days went by. We proudly give our full recommendation for Jenne Mundy.Elise and Jasper
