How to Book an Appointment.

Appointments are booked via phone or by email at jenne@catprofiler.com. To request an appointment, please call 210-535-3875 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. I am in Texas , Central Standard Time, which is one hour behind Eastern and two hours ahead of Pacific.

If you reach my voicemail, leave a message! I will get back to you! Please speak slowly and clearly and repeat your phone number twice. Please feel free to follow up your phone message with an email!

We will discuss the preliminaries of your case and you can decide if a profile is the right option for you. Then we make an appointment.

Before every appointment I need:

Your kitty's name and a recent photograph.
A payment to Paypal via credit card or money transfer
for the full amount of our appointment.

If you are scheduling a complete cat profile, I also need:

The address of the exit point (if he escaped from your vet's office,
then that's the address I need! If he ran out your front door, I need your address!)

The address of every credible sighting.

A copy of your flyer.

Any maps, diagrams, digital photos you might have of your neighborhood.

Any background information you might have compiled
that could help me better understand your kitty's history and personality.

If you do not have everything, don't panic!
These are just aids I use to help me hit the ground running.

Before every complete profile I spend a considerable amount of time going over all the information you send me about your kitty, his breed, what I can find out about your neighborhood, the predators in your area, and as many topographical and street maps
as possible.

The more information you can send me means that I will know more about your case.

If a kitty has only been missing for 24 hours,
it is unlikely that you will have compiled nearly as much data
as someone with a kitty missing for 5 months.

Just send me what you have and we'll work out the rest together!
